Resolution:	The UAX will be updated with final content and published as part of Unicode 11.0.

Description of Issue:

This Unicode Standard Annex will be updated for Unicode 11.0. The proposed update is now available for general public review and comment. This draft documents 5 new fields in the Unihan database, and also updates the description of the regex for kHangul and kIRG_USource. It also adds some discussion about the extension of Unihan character properties to characters not included in the Unihan database.
