Withdrawn Technical Report

Draft UTR #30: Unicode Character Foldings has been withdrawn.

Draft UTR #30 was originally approved by the UTC on August 12, 2004 for eventual publication. See 100-C30. Some further work was done on the draft, including changes aimed at converting it from a UTR to a UTS. However, on August 14, 2008, the UTC decided to rescind approval for publication and instead withdraw the draft. See 116-C8. As a result, no approved revision was ever published.
