Changes in SPECjEnterprise2010 v1.02

The workload has been changed slightly in a performance neutral way to solve the following issues:

txRate=750 results in division by zero
steadily increasing depleted component count during a benchmark run

Since changes in the new v1.02 release are considered performance neutral, results generated with v1.02 are comparable to results already published with earlier versions of the benchmark. New results will only be accepted on v1.02.
