First check the Common Problems section of the Users Guide. If your problem has not been addressed there, check the SPEC web site http://www.spec.org/osg/jvm98/ for updated information. If that still does not address your problem, send email to support@spec.org stating the name and version of this benchmark suite, JVM Client98 release 1.01, and a description of your problem. Or contact the SPEC office at 703-331-0180. Be sure to specify exactly what you're trying to do, the error messages if any that are displayed, and where they are displayed, and details of your configuration including JVM version, software vendor, browser version if applicable, operating system and version, hardware platform, etc.
