- 2007 – spacewalk during a three-person Shenzhou 7 spaceflight
- 2009 – unmanned Shenzhou 8 and 9 rendezvous in orbit creating a space station
- 2009 – Shenzhou 10 ferries men to the space station
- 2010 – land a robot probe on the Moon
- 2013 – launch powerful new rocket with triple the lifting power.
- 2015 – land a robot probe on the Moon to bring home soil samples
- 2017 – send men to the Moon
