Stratego -- Strategies for Program Transformation
The first ideas for System S were developed at the Programming Research Group of the University of Amsterdam and at CWI. A prototype for the StrategoLanguage and its implementation were developed at the Pacific Software Research Center of the Oregon Graduate Institute in Portland, Oregon. Currently the StrategoCompiler is being developed further at the Delft University of Technology. See also StrategoHistory.
