Sara Billey: Date fixed.   Thx.   However, this sequence is contained in A297622 which includes the cases when either k,n=0.   I missed that at first because my data, with commas, did not match.  Should we include this sequence in this new sequence or delete this one?

Andrew Howroyd: Recycle this one. Obviously add the reference, comment and new interpretation to A297622. If any other of your new triangles could benefit from a k,n=0 row/column, I'd suggest inserting. (The trend these days is to be more complete)
