This is part of the ZIP distribution of the Qt toolkit for OS/2.

This package contains all runtime Qt libraries necessary to run Qt-based
applications.

This file contains installation instructions for this package. For more
information about the Qt toolkit for OS/2, please visit the project page at

Please note that it is recommended to install Qt from the RPM repositories.
This will allow you to always have an up-to-date version of Qt on your machine
including any current and future requirements. If you have RPM already
installed and need the Qt runtime for an application that is also in RPM
repositories, simply type the following in the command line:

  yum install <application>
  
where <application> is the name of that application. All the required Qt
libraries will be installed automatically.

If you want to only install the Qt runtime itself (for example, to use it with
an application not available in RPM repositories), type the following:

  yum install qt qt-pm

  - A OS/2 Warp 4 Fixpack 16+, OS/2 Warp 4.5 or eComStation operating system.

INSTALLATION

  1. Make sure you do not have a previous version of Qt installed from either
     a ZIP, or WPI or RPM distribution. Uninstall it if necessary.

  2. Unzip the contents of this archive to a directory of your choice,
     e.g. "C:\Qt".

  2. Add "C:\Qt\bin" to PATH and LIBPATH statements of your CONFIG.SYS.
  
  3. Reboot.
