Rename 'PmApiTest' to 'ApiTestPm' (filenames) [apitest]
With the other variants coming up, using the windowing-system as a
prefix in the name does not sound too good. 'PmApiTest' would imply
testing the OS/2 PM-API while 'WinApiTest' would imply testing the
Windows-API. And if that would mean Odin then what does 'OdinApiTest'
mean...
So it seems better to use the windowing-system as a suffix:
o ApiTestPm ; Native PM version, LX-format
o ApiTestWin ; Native Win32 version, PE-format
o ApiTestOdin ; Odin Based version, LX-format
Because at the developer site GitSvn is used, and SVN does not cope well
with renames and changes in the same commit, this renaming is done
piece-meal, first the filenames then the content.
