Initial commit of the ApiTest Program [apitest]

This program has not been developed in the traditional way of gradually
extending funtionality, but it is rather a composition of separate
source-code pieces tied together. Therefore the upcoming commits will
kinda 'inflate' this humble PM-appie like a balloon.
