Test Commit 2: line endings.

On the git-svn side this worked ok, but svn checkout produced both
files with LF endings.

o deleted working dir
o git reset --hard
o convert rexx-with-LF.cmd back to LF
o remove .gitattributes

tools/bin/spectodef.cmd suddenly appears as modified.
