Remove makefiles and all stuff related to the old make system.

Since kBuild is now used, this stuff is not needed and misleading.
Note that for historical purposes (and for the purposes of further porting
of components not yet ported) the old make system files will be available
under the "pre-gcc-kmk" branch containing what used to be the trunk before
merging the "gcc-kmk" branch in it .
