user32: Obey return value from WM_MOUSEACTIVATE.

That is, hide the mouse button press message from the window
if the return value is WM_ACTIVATEANDEAT or WM_NOACTIVATEANDEAT
(to conform to MSDN).

*
* NOTE: To access a window object, you must call GetWindowFromOS2Handle or
* GetWindowFromHandle. Both these methods increase the reference count
* of the object. When you're done with the object, you MUST call
* the release method!
* This mechanism prevents premature destruction of objects when there
* are still clients using it.
*
* NOTE: Client rectangle always relative to frame window
* Window rectangle in parent coordinates (relative to parent's client window)
* (screen coord. if no parent)
*
* NOTE: Status of window:
* Before a window has processed WM_NCCREATE:
* - GetTopWindow can't return that window handle
* - GetWindow(parent, GW_CHILD) can't return that window handle
* - IsChild works
* TODO: Does this affect more functions?? (other GetWindow ops)
