    - CRTDLL:      - CRTDLL is in some serious troble:
                     1. CRTDLL__close() -> _close()
                        CRTDLL__openU() -> CreateFileA()
                        this combination is incompatible !
                     2. calls like _close() go into the OS/2 kernel somewhere
                        without proper FS: protection -> CRASH.
                     CRTDLL__close() is fixed (CloseHandle()) now.
