        o os2_select: Fixed a couple of filehandle conversion bugs. Thanks to Froloff.
        o soclose shouldn't return EBADF but ENOSOCK according to the specs.
    - libsocket, libc:
        o Return ENOSOCK instead of ENOSYS when attempting socket operation on filehandle.
