| 4 | OpenJDK (the "Name") is a trademark of Sun Microsystems, Inc. (the "Owner").

| 5 | Owner permits any person obtaining a copy of this software (the "Software")

| 7 | websites: http://download.java.net/openjdk, http://hg.openjdk.java.net/jdk6,
