| 2 | If you can download the latest files from the FM/2 SVN repository, then the recommended

| 3 | process is:

| 4 | 1. One-time setup:
|

| 5 | a. Create a FM2UTils subdirectory of the Warpin subdirectory of the FM/2
|
|---|
| 6 | build subtree.
|
|---|
| 7 | b. Download <ftp://ftp.netlabs.org/incoming/fm2/fm2utils_workspace_without_wpi.zip>
|
|---|
| 8 | and store it in the Warpin subdirectory
|
|---|
| 9 | c. From the Warpin subdirectory run:
|
|---|
| 10 | unzip -j fm2utils_workspace_without_wpi.zip -x fm2utils_workspace\fm2utils.cmd fm2utils_workspace\fm2utils.wis -d fm2utils
|

| 11 | 2. To build FM2UTILS.WPI:
|
|---|
| 12 | a. Run: SVN UPDATE to get the latest files.
|
|---|
| 13 | b. Do one of the following:
|
|---|
| 14 | 1. Run: BLD_FM2UTILS_WPI.CMD (found in the Warpin directory)
|
|---|
| 15 | 2. If you can run build FM/2, you can run: NMAKE DIST BUILD_FM2UTILS=1 on the main
|
|---|
| 16 | makefile or NMAKE WPI BUILD_FM2UTILS=1 on the Warpin makefile.
|

| 18 | If you cannot download files from the SVN repository, then ask on the Yahoo fm2user list
|
|---|
| 19 | for help.
