Added additional resources for the Manual [v1.1.1-testing]

o airboot-manual.pdf

This is the exported PDF-version

o clips.xcf

This is a Gimp file which contains the screenshots.
While these images are also in the master-document, this is the
document in which the images can be modified.

CAUTION:
This is a testbuild !
AirBoot uses the BIOS to access disks and a small coding error can trash
partition tables or other vital disk structures. You are advised to make
backups of TRACK0 and EBRs before using this testbuild. More info at:
