Eligibility and criteria based on previous meetings are:
- Nominee should be a current Mozilla Reps Mentor
- Take initiative on leading projects inside Reps
- Bug responsiveness of under 48 hours
- Be critical to help shape the volunteer strategy
- Commitment to weekly meetings, usually during the week
- Have a clear understand Mozilla’s current direction and goals
- Availability to travel
- Have strategic thinking
- Proficiency in English is required
- Be able to communicate Reps mission and vision to the rest of the org and volunteers
- Minimum 2 years experience contributing to the (Mozilla) project is a plus
