I agree, but year & capacity are not sure.
If this model is 1958-, it's Agrati Capri. or if 1961-65 model, it's Agrati-Garelli Capri...

From"Scooters made in Italy 1946-1972",Nada,Italy,1993(pg.18):

"(translated from Italian)...At 1959 Milan Fair was shown into Garelli stand a sympathic scooter of 70 cm3,named Capri...At few months of its launch,Agrati offers the Capri in a 125 cm3 version,always gifted of same body coque. In 1960,wire wheels came replaced by pressed steel wheels and capacity of 70 cm3 came raised to 80 cm3;for foreign markets came offered 50 and 98 cm3 versions.In 1962 the 125 cm3 becomes,after got some aesthetical improvements,De Luxe while early ones were named Super Capri."

By them,that into photo should be a 1960 circa Agrati Capri 125,'cause that capacity version had a heavy,protuding chrome nose at centre of front leg-shield(hides horn,like rival Vespa and Lambrettas),apart that shown pressed-steel wheels(just 1960 intro.)

Anybody know where the picture is taken. In the UK The earliest Capris, the 70 with spoked wheels, arrived in 1958, closely followed in 1959 by the 80 which had pressed steel wheels, as in the photo. These where adopted by the 70 as well. Most 70's have the engine layout with the exaust running down the left side, as did early 80's, but at some point in 1960 Agrati switched the engine layout so the exhaust runs down the right hand side. The 98cc version arrived in 1961 along with the 125 version which had a totally different engine, with an encased chain. This Engine was later used in the 'slimstyle'models of 98, 125 and 150, The 125 and 150s being called Super Capris. Production of this model continued to 1972/3. I beleive the later models were marketted as the Monaco in the US.

There was also a very successful 50cc 'slimstyle' model which was never imported into the UK , but is still very popular in Germany. It produced 8.5HP and far outstripped its competitors.

The horncasing was supplied fitted to all 70's and early 80's but became an optional extra in 1960

For everything Capri 80.
