Italy? But rather not filmed there, no?
This car is a bit strange. Badge on the right completely doesn't match to the body style of the early 126.

Well the page labeled it as a Fiat so I went with that, even though the 'FIAT' logo does seem to be missing from the nose. If the car is a Fiat then I believe its a 126. This car was also sold as an FSM, Polski, and Zastava (that I know of) so perhaps it is one of those iterations.

Supposedly Italy, if it is or not... but i dont think it is... the scene is just too short.

The IMDB says Ghost Whisperer is filmed at Universal Studios in Los Angeles.

This is the "European Street" on the Universal backlot.

If you open up the 360 degree view (requires Quicktime), you should see these two buildings immediately.

Thanks for the answer.

Without any doubts it is a Fiat 126. Badge has been moved to the right in 1984/85. Cars with such labelling where only made by FSM - all of them - Polski Fiat, Fiat and Zastava (though not sure how it was with the last one, was it really marketed as Zastava or just by Zastava in former Yugoslavia).
The strange thing is that here it is not a 1984 model - it looks like first version from 1973 (color, wheels, wheels arches etc.) - in those times all 126/126p had badges in the centre.
Seems, because 126 wasn't ever exported to USA and as I believe is nearly unknown there, someone has made a tiny mistake during the renovation.

Now we know that there are more than one. ;)
