The white ones are made with the old German DIN-tools, but I cannot recognize, for which country they shall be. Other cars have French-style plates, but that one from the Rolls Royce seems to be made with German font, too, but in the newer Euro-style.

All the French cars in Speilberg's "Munich" have plates in the same font, and it's obvious that they're freshly-made plates all from the same supplier.
