The signature vehicle in the whole movie is a Martinique Bronze 1966 Pontiac GTO, with a 348-horsepower V8 and a TriPower three-deuce carburetor setup. Don't forget the 1967 Pontiac Grand Prix owned by the character who plays Roy's father. Also, Tom Cruise rides a 2011 Ducati Hypermotard - and does many of his own stunts. Cameron Diaz was also eager to learn stunt driving, and learned how to do bootlegger 180s in the GTO. Seems to be a lot of cars in this film that perform the "deadly swerve"...  Hope they were ok off-screen. |
