Re: [nafex] Re: Online AND Print
Jackie,
You don't have to retype the old issues ... a scanner will do it for you.
I did a few articles of the BC Fruit Testers newsletters for our (now defunct) web
page. All text comes out great, drawings need a different program.

: Dear NAFEXers,
:
: I've been watching this discussion, sitting back in my chair, but now I see that
: I'm involved, so I'll get involved: I already have all the POMONAs that I have
: been responsible for on computer, and each issue is prepared on the computer,
: except for the final, multiple printings and mailings (I print one copy and send
: that to the printer, who does everything else.) I would be very willing to do
: the sending via email, especially if someone were to talk me through the
: logistics of setting up the necessary steps to send out all e-issues at once,
: for instance, or as many as possible at once. It would be nice, perhaps, to
: have a small additional compensation for that time, but depending on how much
: time is really involved (it may be quite minimal), would maybe not be necessary.
:
: Regarding issues prior to Winter 1997, I would also be willing (and here I guess
: compensation seems reasonable) to type them onto computer and make them also
: available.
:
: So there's my 2-cents' worth.
:
: Good discussion.
:
: Now, for me, back to preparing the Winter 2001 issue!
