I would welcome your help for the Winter edition.  Shall I go ahead and put you down for it?  Your name won't appear there until the summer issue,
since the spring issue has gone to print, but that's okay; there's plenty of time.

Give me a final confirming email before I put your name in black and white, and be sure, please, to give me current address and email information.
