[nafex] Re: Apple Pie Apple Sauce

The best apple pie is made with whatever apples we have at the moment.  If it's August and we have Macs, the best apple pie is made of Macs.  No sense pining for what'll be ripe six weeks later or what we had four weeks ago, because a real pie beats a theoretical pie.  Same goes for apple sauce, apple butter, . . .
