In looking through a 'Farm Show' magazine I saw an article on a homemade 
fruit dryer. Plans available from Barkley's Apple Orchard

Farm Show is a great rag...hundreds of pics and articles about every kind 
farm shop made solution from farm implememts to wood stoves to small 
tractors, built around north america.  No advertisisng.....I think a free
