Re: [nafex] Cherry Plums
This is an example of a fruit that needs re-defining. "Cherry plum" can be
any small fruited plum. For instance, in this area, a cherry plum would
most often be Prunus cerasifera. In other areas, it might refer to P.
besseyi and it's hybrids. And so on. Since there is a difference in what
would be a good rootstock for the different species, it helps to have an
idea of which "cherry plum" is being referred to.
