[nafex] Berry Oversight-Disease
There is one more thing that I forgot to mention in my recent msg.
about the trailing blackberries, and that is their apparent immunity to
disease --- so far. The thorny erect-cane berries used to regularly
suffer from a midseason blight that often killed individual plants, and,
after 3-5 years nearly every plant would succumb to crown gall. The two
may have been related. Doyle and Triple Crown have had absolutely no
disease issues, and very few insects other than a bit of Japanese beetle
chewing.
