I have found that "Great Lakes IPM" Has a lot better friendliness and 
prices. I have not been to the place in a few years. But they were always 
very helpful and prices beet the H___ out of gardens alive.
  I don't know if they have Kaolin, but I am going to see if they have a web

  I am going to go into it and request a catalog and contact them on 
Surround.

GardensAlive! is a rip off.  You'll pay two or three times what you will
elsewhere for Surround with them.
