Hello,

Does anyone have plans for a home made mini press for currants to remove
the juice and sieve the seeds?

I am not the best at designing things, but can follow simple plans.

I am sure that a 2 pound offee can (or similar) and a long nut and bolt,
can be made into a press, and why re-invent the wheel if someone already
has a good plan out there.

I am not happy with the amount of juice I am losing using cheese cloth.

Any help?
