Hi all,
I recently learned that a great book is not out of print like I 
thought.  The book is "How to Build Orchard and Vineyard Trellises", using 
Max-Ten 200 High-Tensile Fence Wire.  Originally published by United States 
Steel, the Kiwi Fence Systems, Inc. is now the sole proprietor of Max-Ten 
200, and now sells this book.

Through their contact information you can get this book - full cost for me 
was $8.00 - not bad for the wonderfully descriptive information in this book!
The book is not describe on the website, but you can call and they will 
know what you're talking about.
