Re: [nafex] Fillipa Apple
Thanks, Kevin.
Crawford's Diretory of Apple Cultivars lists it as a Gravenstein seedling, origin
Denmark.
You told me Fillipa was listed as a tree at the Devonian Botanical Gardens in
Edmonton.
I just referred the person enquiring to the Devonian Gardens.
How did you come up with a list of trees at the Devonian Gardens? Web site?
Thanks for confirming that Fillipa is a named variety.

Subject: [nafex] Fillipa Apple
: Someone had been asking about the Fillipa apple, just a little info,
: I noticed that the Aroma apple has Fillipa as a parent, Aroma is from
: Sweden, perhaps that is where Fillipa is from.
