With July being plastic free month, I've been really trying to reduce my plastic intake and recycle or be environmentally friendly where possible. I've been trying a number of new companies and products to help reduce my carbon footprint and protect the environment whilst also being healthier for me too.  Wild is a company which states their " mission is to shake up the throwaway culture of everyday bathroom products. Through wildly sustainable products, [they] hope to redefine the future of personal care ." and I for one think it's amazing!  I signed up for the Starter Kit, which comes in this cute package and the box fits perfectly through the letter box. I have officially finished my hypnobirthing training to become an instructor and after completing my case study, I will become qualified. I wanted to do this training because I have seen the incredible benefits it has to offer, both in placement and online. I love that it not only helps promote positivity around childbirth, but also educates women on their biological process and options available. For me, hypnobirthing was a very strange concept. I didn't believe it until I saw it, and I still didn't really understand how it worked so I think it's really important to educate on the topic. I found it really eye-opening to learn about the history of it, and from their, it have me a new perspective on the topic. Hypnosis is not new. This week had lots of celebrating, plus some big milestones in both my personal life and the country! Click here to watch the vlog or see below!  Whilst somewhat fortunately, the weather hadn't been too great, there was a couple of days during my Independent Learning Week, where the sun really did come out. In between writing my assessment, I was taking breaks outside and on one particularly sunny day I thought I would get the blanket out to sunbathe. Not even 5 minutes later, I'd been bitten by ants! We have also been finding what we assume to be fox poo on the grass which is also a little annoying.  The final assessment was all about our caseholding experience, which you all know I thoroughly enjoyed and absolutely loved.
