Orbital satellite grouping of Russia as of March 2016 consisted of 121 operating spacecraft (active, in reserve, undergoing flight tests and partially operating):

    Missile Launch Detection


    The Oko system - Satellite system for detection of launches of intercontinental ballistic missiles of the first generation. The composition of the complete grouping is unknown, presumably 35 SCs in a highly elliptical orbit and at least 1 spacecraft in a geostationary orbit; At present, it is gradually degrading due to the completion of the production program and the natural loss of satellites:
  • Probably 2 SC of the US-K series in a highly elliptical orbit: "Kosmos-2422" and "Kosmos-2446" (site "Strategic nuclear weapons of Russia", as of June 2014). Last launches: 02.12.2008 - "Cosmos-2446", September 30, 2010 - "Cosmos-2469").
