Links missing on Python 3.11.0 release page

The Python 3.11.0 release page at https://www.python.org/downloads/release/python-3110/ is missing the links for

• Windows installer (32-bit)
• Windows installer (ARM64)

These files can be found at https://www.python.org/ftp/python/3.11.0/python-3.11.0.exe and https://www.python.org/ftp/python/3.11.0/python-3.11.0-arm64.exe.

What do you mean, it says "Python 3.11.0" as latest Python 3 release right there!

Or are you referring to something else?

ARM64 and 32 bit installers are not there.
