‘Add to Home Screen’ is broken because /static/manifest.json sets start_url/homepage to .

Why is the my account flagged?

option to make comments that aren't on code resolvable conversations Pull Requests Feedback on pull requests

currently only comments on code are "resolvable". on gitlab, regular comments can be marked as "threads" which can be resolved as well
