    This is our work in collaboration with Derek Lee and Monica Bond from and . We studied a social network of >1000 free-ranging giraffes in Tanzania over 5 years.

    when "Data available upon request" is usually not. I do think journals should be the custodian of the data and make it available for download upon request.

    When you ask the authors of articles in Science® to share their data, which the journal told you was mandatory when you submitted your article, the response very often boils down to GFY.
