Add --no-show-signature to "git show" commands #23038

Summary

This fixes errors if the user has configured the following in their ~/.gitconfig:

[log]
showSignature = true

Fixes the following error:

$ cross-env NODE_ENV=production node ./chrome/build
SyntaxError: Unterminated string constant (1:1)

[ ... ]

Unterminated string constant (22:21)

How did you test this change?

I no longer get the error.

This fixes errors if the user has configured the following in their ~/.gitconfig:

showSignature = true

I am not familiar with the "--no-show-signature" flag. It seems like it was added in Git v2.10 (git/git@aa37999). My main concern was that it will seemingly cause older versions of Git to throw ("unrecognized argument") but I guess 2.10 has been out long enough that it's okay for us to add this change.
