Describe the bug
I am getting a lot of unit test failures due to slight numeric issues on armv7
Expected behavior
Unit tests pass
Environment (please complete the following information):
- Python Version: 3.7.3
- OS openSUSE linux armv7l
- Compiler (if known): gcc-9
To Reproduce
Executed pytest with PYTHONPATH set to the installation directory.
