Currently if you call planner.UserHasAdminRole on the admin role, it returns false. It should be true instead.

This is not a huge deal in practice, since no one's allowed to login as the admin role. But it would improve introspection.

Currently dolt diff -r sql renders UPDATE statements equivalent to the corresponding INSERT statement. I.e. listing the values for all columns. It would be nice if the statements could be reduced to only list the columns which actually changed for the row in question.
