Std implementations of PartialOrd are violating the conditions regarding transitivity and symmetry. And the transitivity requirements are i̶m̶p̶o̶s̶s̶i̶b̶l̶e̶ hard to ensure in a multi-crate ecosystem anyways. C-bug T-libs
