The old bower register on Heroku is not available anymore. Required to create the file ".bowerrc" to redirect request for packages to the new resister.

Let the Gantt Chart to accept numbers as values fot the horizontal axis. Formerly only dates were accepted and sometimes there were unoptimal behaviours.
