LGTM.

1. dn-middleware-lint 做过一次大版本更新，latest tag 上是 v3.x，当前 PR 中的 2.2.4 对应 legacy tag.
2. tslint-config-dawn 由于 tslint 正在被 eslint 代替，可能后面也会被废弃

而且其实从现在的行为来看：

1. dn u 命令更加接近 npm ci (区别是 npmci 要求已经有了 lock 文件)
2. dn u --force 命令更加接近 npm install --package-lock（这个命令会强制更新 lock file，node_modules 同理）
