When deploying the loki-stack chart as a dependent chart, Helm limitations require that it be deployed into the same namespace as my primary application. I am trying to have the loki-stack deployed into a separate namespace from my primary application.

statefulset/cloneset/sidecarset/job need to add metric with replica, available, unavailable, complete, number of resource .....

Why is this needed:
For example, Deploy has kube-state-metric, which can provide the metric, so we can well count and monitor it in Prometheus. Kruise'

After download the binary and I directly run vela dashboard, the dashboard doesn't work.

We should check and give a hint to user that the user should run vela install first.
