The CHANGELOG.md file is super laggy in Webstorm, and cannot show its preview in GitHub. Splitting off changes up to 7.0.0 and putting them in CHANGELOG_ARCHIVE.md.

Added a note to the end of CHANGELOG.md:

"To view changes that occurred prior to 7.0.0, see CHANGELOG_ARCHIVE.md."

Added a note to the beginning of CHANGELOG_ARCHIVE.md:

"This contains changes before 7.0.0. See CHANGELOG.md for changes in 7.0.0+."
