[Feature] Ability to display Repeater and ListView in a specific order

I think Repeater and ListView should have property (or function) like order to define in which order it should be displayed.
So I could work with Array/ObservableArray in a regular manner (add to the end -> push(), add to the beginning -> unshift()) without thinking in which order it displaying.

@webleaf I am marking this one as a feature although I think reordering the source would do the job and should take one line of code.

One of the main reasons to avoid making the list-view more complex is as we already have nativescript-ui-listview which supports some features including data operations. Of course, NativeScript is open source, so any PRs that would implement this feature are welcomed!

@NickIliev yes, reordering the source is one line of code. But it is not all what you do with array. And after reordering indexes of all elements are changed.
Generally, this is the usual approach of separating the model and the view. But here they are too coupled.
