QR Code Scanner fails to scan input fields on Send Transaction view when scanning QR Code contains an EIP-681 URI

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Send Transaction view
2. Click on QR Code scanner
3. Position QR Code in front of Webcam
4. QR Code scanner closes

Is the svg flag valid or deprecated?

I have declared the svg flag in 2 tests
and in 2 reference files so far:

svg is not in the list of valid flags

Just the opposite of the preview button: see what the content is that will be skipped so you can check that the cuts didn't pick up too much good content at the edge. Would also help if content type for the skip is forgotten though #392 would still be my preferred way to get that set correctly.
