Updates all testing libraries. Changes are mostly a result of a bug in the stable version of node(currently 11.11.3).

See:

The options were to pin the version of node on travis or update to the latest version of jest where a fix has been released.

Decided to:

  • Pin version of node on master branch
  • Upgrade jest and related testing libraries for next branch
