A GIF or MEME to give some spice of the internet

What is wrong?

Where does it happen?

How do we replicate the issue?

I wrote my first kernel and it relies on bit functions, but I get the following message:
Error compiling fragment shader: ERROR: 0:432: 'bitwiseAnd' : no matching overloaded function
found
